Retail Food Safety Awarding Ceremony - 2016

Every year, we at Choithrams award Outlets Toppers of Food Safety Audits to ensure a strong food safety culture in the organization at all levels. QHSE Operations Department conducts monthly internal audits covering all retail outlets as part of the stringent food safety policies and procedures. On completion of every quarter (Three months), QHSE Ops Department conducts Quarterly QHSE Session to share the audit updates, audit findings with Retail Outlet Managers. Three Toppers were identified by QHSE Ops Department based on the internal food safety audits of 2016. In the First Quarter session of 2017, we have Awarded all Three Toppers of Food Safety Audits of 2016. The purpose of the awarding is to motivate and recognize each Choithrams Outlet Team for their continuous commitment to food safety practices. As part of the Awarding, Appreciation Certificates along with Gift Vouchers were given to Managers representing respective Outlet Team. Overall Topper Award has been awarded to Choithrams Bay Square, Second Topper Award given to Choithrams Manhattan Team. Third position was shared jointly by Choithrams Mina Al Arab & J3. Awarding was done by Ms. Hamsa Paramalingam, Finance Manager Choithrams along with Mr. Pravesh Sawlani, General Manager Operations Choithrams.
